The K98 was adopted by the German army in 1935 and was the primary German rifle throughout WWII. The Karabiner 98k saw service in all theaters of World War II that involved the German military, such as Europe, Africa, and Scandinavia. After the war it was used by many countries Military around the world because of its reliability and ability for accuracy. The Non firing Replica Karabiner 98 Rifle features a working bolt and trigger and adjustable rear tangent sight. It looks and feels very much like a real K98. It is NON firing and can not fire real ammo or blanks and can not be modified to fire real ammo. It is great for reenactments, Collectors or display. It weights a hefty 6.5 lbs and is 43.5” long.
